☑ Custom algorithm development is a personalized service, and therefore refunds are not applicable after work initiation.
☑ Delays caused by the client (including lack of inputs, strategy changes, or unresponsiveness) do not qualify for refunds.
☑ In rare cases where ALGO ARENA is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal constraints, a partial or full refund may be considered at our sole discretion.
